Some finish in two weeks and others spread out the task over a few months. We tailor the pace to your schedule. And we always assume life will get in the way at some point and you'll have to skip some time letsgysting (yes, it's become a verb).

We have an all-inclusive six-month contract and believe almost everyone will finish well within that amount of time.

For privacy reasons, Let's GYST doesn't have access to your critical documents and sensitive data, which means you're inputting the data and storing it securely. We make it easy by designing a super easy fillable format, giving you bite-size chunks, providing a reasonable schedule, support, incentives, encouragement and accountability. Basically, making it do-able in an uplifting way instead of being overwhelming.

Let's GYST has developed a series of attractive, easy-to-use fillable forms, each dedicated to a specific part of your personal/household administration. They're available for download from a secure site and on a flash drive. For example, there's a data pack for all monthly payments, there's one for medical professionals, bank accounts, passwords for devices, vehicles, and even pets! There are about 30 data packs in all, which sounds like a lot, but some of them are super quick, and you don't need to do every single one of them. We'll recommend priority items and guide you through the process of compiling a kind of household reference that's as comprehensive as you need it to be.

Remember, no one has access to your compiled data but you and your trusted loved ones.

The weekly check-ins are usually done virtually (you'll get your own personalized Zoom Room you'll use each time), although we can do check-ins in person or even while walking dogs, so we're open to alternative means.

Check-ins are scheduled for thirty minutes, which is usually more than enough time to review current progress, discuss goals for the coming week, provide encouragement and answer any questions about current or future progress. (And to hear about your pet's recent amazing accomplishment.)

Ideally, we set a regular day and time for your weekly check-in (for instance it might be Tuesdays at 4pm) and we'll send you reminders the day before and day of. If you don't want to schedule a regular time, we are happy to work with you, although it does add steps and time and can result in slower progress (we speak from experience!).

If you need to miss or reschedule a weekly check-in, we always work with you to accommodate your busy and changing schedule.

The contract provides for one check-in every week for up to six months. If you reschedule for another time that week, great. If you miss a week, we pick up the following week (and don't extend your contract.) If we need to cancel for some reason, we'll extend the contract by a week for every week we can't meet with you.

Again, we're pretty darn certain you can get the whole job done within the six months!!

As a result of reviewing monthly payments, many of our clients find things they've been paying for years that they're not using, or realize it's time to re-visit a previous choice.  Those pesky $10/month subscriptions you don't use? That adds up! That life insurance payment that's become more than your mortgage? Perhaps it's time to re-visit with a financial advisor. This happens again and again and the savings can be way more than the cost of the Let's GYST six-month contract. A win-win!!

Who doesn't love a good incentive? For some, that means a simple check list and the pleasure of marking a task "done!". For others, it means a great dinner at the end of the Let's GYST process. Or a spa day, or an item that they've wanted, but could use a good reason for treating themselves. In all cases, we'll work with you to find something exciting that marks the great milestone of completing this transformative process.

Celebrating and dancing on the tables is encouraged. If you've chosen an incentive package, it might mean celebrating with a great dinner out or the purchase of a treat item (that bag you've been eyeing?)

Otherwise, we send you the very cool fireproof, water resistant briefcase for all your documents, and you make sure trusted loved ones know where to find the very cool briefcase (and flash drive, and file on your computer). And then we send you a yearly reminder to update your info.  Just think, this is better than a personal trainer getting you into shape, because it requires minimal maintenance once it's done (unlike those abs you have to keep working on). 

When you're done, it's time to celebrate an incredibly important milestone, enjoy the peace of mind, and be done with that low level stress you've been living with for years.

Let's GYST works with an all-inclusive  six-month contract. This includes an initial needs evaluation, establishment of a personalized work plan, onboarding and access to all data packs, and weekly virtual check-ins. The current cost of the all-inclusive contract (as of August 2024) is $1250. If you provide payment with ACH, cash or check, the discounted cost of the six-month contract is $1200. We require payment in full up front. 

We really really want you to finish well within the six month contract, but if you need extra time, you can renew for six additional months at 60% off the original cost ($500 dollars; or $480 if you don't use a credit card, as of August 2024)
